Come out to visit us for an informal look at a production greenhouse. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 17th, Ted's Greenhouse will be one of several agricultural businesses participating in Cook County Farm Bureau's "Farm Crawl." The businesses will be welcoming guests to stop in and say hi and look around as well as participate in special activities. Ted's will be offering free Kokedama workshops at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Kokedama is a centuries old Japanese art form of growing plants in a moss covered ball of soil. In addition, there will be a special sale of perennials and shrubs. Buy one perennial or shrub and get a second plant of equal or lesser value for free (mums excluded). Farm Bureau members can get an additional 10% discount by showing their membership card. Not a member? Sign up the day of the crawl and take advantage of the discount. Popcorn and Lemonade will be available all day so you can snack your way through our greenhouses. Also, get all your gardening questions answered from our knowledgeable staff. So, if you are a regular customer of Ted's, glad to see you again, and if this will be your first visit, welcome and enjoy our greenhouse.

** Promotion does not apply to wholesale accounts.
